Here we hope to show you how to get a discount, or rather cash back when you shop online.
Let's be honest, everyone want's to pay less for what they buy. Whether it is a discount, a sale item, a special offer or a "buy one get one free", we all love them.
But there is another way to buy things and pay less for them. Shopping Reward sites, sometimes called cash back sites or cash reward sites.
Whatever you call them, they all operate on the same principle. You join the site, click an afilliate banner on the web site, which takes you to an online retailer. When you buy something from the retailer the web site owner gets a percentage of the sale. They then give you some of that money back.
Why would they do that?
Ok, suppose a retailer, lets call them GoodStore, has an afilliate program where they paid web masters 10% of any sales the webmaster generates through his site. So he puts GoodStore's banners on his site, but nobody ever clicks on them, so he never earns any money.
Now suppose you want to buy something for £100 at GoodStore. If you just go to GoodStore and buy the item it costs you £100. You spend £100 and get the goods, GoodStore gets £100 from and that's the end. The webmaster gets nothing.
With shopping reward sites the webmaster says "Join my site and when you spend £100 at GoodStore they will give me £10 and I will share it with you"
So if you join the shopping reward site and go to GoodStore by clicking a banner on the shoping reward site, you will get £5 of your £100 back. So you are, in effect only paying £95 for the goods.
So what does this web site have to do with that?
