Tips for using shopping reward sites
Here are some of the things we have learned while using these sites.
Join as many as you can, but DO NOT spend any money with them until you are familiar with them all.
People are different, just because we didn't like the look of a site, doesn't mean you won't. Have a look at them and pick your favourite two or three, and just use them. keep the other sites for when your favourites don't have the retailler or offer you are looking for.
Just because we say one site is "highly recommended" and another is "Worth Joining" doesn't mean one site is better than the other.
We joined a few, then picked our top three favourites and decided to only use the top site for purchases. If that site didn't have the retailler we were looking for, we would go to the second site, and then the third. If we still hadn't found the retailler we would then start looking at the others.
Then we found more sites, but because we had already started spending, and earning money one our favourite sites, we could not "promote" the new sites into our top three.
This means that there are sites on this web site that are as good as any in our top three, but we found them after we decided on out top three. if we could go back and start again, our top three may look very different.
The reason for having a top three sites list is, if you spend money on too many sites it will too long to reach the minimum needed to get paid. You will end up with a little "cash back" on a lot of sites, but on each site it will not be enough to claim the cash back. If you's spent/earned it all on one site you would probably have enough to claim your cash back.
So when you want to buy something online always go to your favourite site first. Only go to your second favourite site if the retailler is not featured on your favourite site. Then go to your third favourite site if the other two don't have the retailler. etc. etc.
This way you keep most of your spending to one site, therefore you will reach the minimum needed to get your cash back on that site quicker.
Joining a number of sites, then checking them out will also allow you to find out much more about the site than we can tell you.
